On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Professor Masato Tominaga of the Department of Chemistry and Applied Chemistry visited Borneo Tarakan University and participated in the signing ceremony.

From September 17 to 18, 2025, a group of 21 faculty members and students from the Department of Architecture and Planning, Regional Planning Laboratory, Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) visited Hizen-Hama-shuku in Kashima City under the guidance and coordination of Professor Nobuo Mishima of the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Eight fourth-year students from the Architectural Design Course, Faculty of Science and Engineering, participated in a short-term study program at the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) from September 1 to 17, 2025. In the first half of the program, they conducted site visits and surveys in Drosendorf, a city where TU Wien’s Regional Planning Laboratory is engaged in community development projects. In the latter half, they took part in an international student seminar organized by the Japan–Austria Science Exchange Center (JASEC).
